General Conditions of Online Sale
Art. 1 – General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, Conditions) are valid exclusively between the Moreschini Snc Cartotecnica Company with headquarters in Via Ca ‘Bianca, 730 – 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme – Bologna VAT number: 00581901204 – registered in the REA, number 244923 (hereinafter Cartotecnica Moreschini) and any person who makes purchases online on the website www.wooly-home.com, (hereinafter referred to as “The Customer”). These general conditions of sale may be subject to change and the date of publication on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force. These Conditions govern purchases made on the website www.wooly-home.com in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree. n. 21/14 and by Legislative Decree no. 70/2003).
Art. 2 – Object
With these Conditions, Cartotecnica Moreschini sells and the Customer remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the site www.wooly-home.com. The Customer undertakes to read these Conditions before proceeding with the confirmation of their order, accepting them by affixing a flag in the indicated box. The Customer can download and archive a copy of these Conditions directly from the Homepage of the www.wooly-home.com website.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract, the Customer is informed about the characteristics of the goods, illustrated in the product sheets, the total price of the goods, including taxes, with details of the shipping costs and any other costs, of the payment methods, the term within which Cartotecnica Moreschini undertakes to deliver the goods, the conditions and terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (article 10 of these conditions), standard withdrawal form, cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal, existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for purchased goods, after-sales assistance conditions and commercial guarantees, geographical address, telephone number, e-mail address of Cartotecnica Moreschini.
Art. 3 – Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by Cartotecnica Moreschini to the customer of an order confirmation email. The email contains the customer’s data, the order number, the price of the goods purchased, shipping costs, delivery times and methods, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the email and to promptly notify Cartotecnica Moreschini of any corrections / changes to be made.
Art. 4 – Customer Registration
On the occasion of the first request for activation of a profile by the Customer, www.wooly-home.com will assign the Customer a username and password. The latter recognizes that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the user’s access to the Services and the only system suitable for identifying that the acts performed through such access will be attributed to him and will have binding effect towards him. The Customer undertakes to maintain the secrecy of his access data and to keep them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them even temporarily to third parties.
Art. 5 – Availability of products
Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the Customer places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple customers and / or the occurrence of an IT anomaly, the products could be sold to other customers before order confirmation. Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected with the elimination of the unavailable product and the user will be immediately informed by e-mail. With this email, the Customer will be informed of the methods and timing of reimbursement of any sums paid.
Art. 6 – Prices
Cartotecnica Moreschini may change its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation email sent to the customer. The prices indicated on the site include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. In the event of an IT, manual, technical or any other type of error that could lead to a change in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 14 days from day of cancellation.
Art. 7 – Delivery methods
Cartotecnica Moreschini undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order. Shipments are made throughout the Italian territory, excluding the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino. If delivery is not possible, a notice will specify how to agree on a new delivery. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. For every order placed on the website www.wooly-home.com, Cartotecnica Moreschini issues an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice is available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the “My orders” section. The invoice will contain the information provided by the customer during the purchase process. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein.
Art. 8 – Methods of payment
Each payment can only be made through the credit cards indicated on the website www.wooly-home.com, with the payment method Paypal or Stripe. The communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the customer at the time this is done take place on special protected lines.
Art. 9 – Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantee
If the customer receives a defective or non-compliant product with the orders placed, he will be entitled to any repair or replacement of the product, without incurring any costs. The Customer may exercise this right if the defect occurs within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect within two months of discovery. Subsequently, the customer will have to proceed with the creation of a return IT practice by accessing the “My orders” section.
The commercial guarantee is indicated in the product sheets of the articles. To benefit from the warranty, the customer must keep and present the invoice.
Art. 10 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the date of receipt of the last product. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to www.wooly-home.com using the appropriate withdrawal form on the site, which can be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the address via Ca ‘Bianca, 73 – 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or through an explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract sent by registered letter with return receipt. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to Vai Ca ‘Bianca, 730 Castel San Pietro Terme, Bologna.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the amount of the products subject to withdrawal will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days, including any shipping costs. The refund will be made through the same means of payment chosen by the customer during the purchase. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Cartotecnica Moreschi may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the purchaser demonstrates that he has returned the goods.
Art. 11 – Liability
Cartotecnica Moreschi assumes no responsibility for any disservice caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances or if there is a malfunction of the site or the internet.
Art. 12 – Safeguard clause
In the event that one of the clauses of these Conditions is null for any reason whatsoever, this will in no case compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these Conditions.

Art. 14 – Applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Italian law, as is the interpretation of these Conditions.
Art. 15 – Jurisdiction
Any disputes inherent and / or consequent to these Conditions must be resolved exclusively by the Court of Bologna.
